Set-up / Print / convert € 25 per one-time setup cost per order.

All items manufactured by Savedruk such as design, design drawings, models, working and detail drawings, information carriers, computer software, data files, photo recordings, films, embroidery cards remain the property of Savedruk and are not provided to the customer.

Set-up / Embroidery / embroidery card € 45 one-time setup costs per logo.

Please note! the embroidery card always remains the property of Savedruk and is not provided. (Valid for 1 year from the last placed order!)

Embroidery logo, how does this work?

We start with a high quality resolution file in the original png, jpeg, pdf, eps or Ai file (we prefer Ai or PDF)
The file is eventually converted manually into an embroidery card.
We always test our designs first and never start printing or embroidery before running a test run.

The unwritten rules for a good result:

It is not possible to embroider photo quality images on our products as they contain too much detail. When you convert the image into a “drawing” via an image editing program such as Photoshop, you can.

Avoid logos with small text and small details, as this could cause the end result to be less attractive. Text less than 5mm high risks becoming illegible.

Since quality is very important to us, we study every logo before we start. When we see that the chance of a good result is small, we cancel the order and keep you informed by email. This is to avoid dissatisfaction with your result.

Before uploading an image, make sure to remove the background if it is not to be embroidered and / or printed. You can remove the background using an image editing program. If this does not work, please send us an email to customerservice@savedruk.comregarding this problem and we will be happy to help you.

When uploading or designing a logo, it is very important that you have the full right to use it.

  1. Delivery time is 5 business days. We ship with UPSDHL and POSTNL.
  2. Items not delivered. We charge €25 if you are unavailable to receive your delivery or if you refuse to accept your parcel. If you change your mind when the parcel is already on its way, you have to receive the parcel and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and you will automatically be charged. This is only possible If the ordered products not customized.
  3. Right to cancel

You have full right to return your order within 30 days from when you have received the products, provided that you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged and with original stickers and labels. Read more at Returns and Exchanges.

It’s not possible to return products are customized with a print or embroidery.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter sent by e-mail to [INSERT: your name, geographical address and, where available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after 

the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

if earlier 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products, or

if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the products or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

If only a part of an order is sent as a return, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contract:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

  1. Please contact our customer service at if any problems have occurred with your order or shipment. This includes problems such as transportation damage, defective products, or orders which are incorrect in any other way. Please note that we always need photographic evidence of the defect product, sent to us by e-mail, in order to handle your complaint.
  2. By placing an Order through you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

       You must also:

  1. Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details.
  2. Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box or Poste restante.

      We cannot accept your order If your payment is not accepted by the            

      applicable payment partner Mollie.

Terms Personalization

Personal embroidery and print, conditions

Cancellation right does not apply to products with personal design, such as prints, embroideries, neck-labels, patches and texts.

Delivery time for normal Custom Made: 5 business days

Delivery time for large order 100+ product  : 7-14 business days

Visualized images are only a rough preview of the final product. The final product may have minor discrepancies compared to the image.

We reserve our rights to decline to print and embroider inappropriate content.

You can order t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, caps and beanies with your own design at 

Caps can be embroidered, printed or provided with a personalized patch and personalized logo interior label.

Clothes can be printed and embroidered by choosing the mockup placement view. Beanies can be embroidered at the front.


We can make patches with motifs and custom logos for most type of hats, caps and clothes. We are happy to take requests for custom embroidered patches.


Neck-Labels can be personalized with a logo and can be attached to the ordered products if the label option tool showing in the product categories as a option.

Side/Back cap embroidery:We don’t offer sides and back embroidery yet.

Changes can be made if our customer service is able to stop the order before it goes into production, thus it’s important to contact immediately when a mistake is discovered. Always check the order confirmation carefully.

Personalized orders already in production can be interrupted; this involves a logo handling cost of €25 however. 


We all respect copyright and therefore we reserve the right to cancel orders that violate copyrights.

When you upload a logo or a image in our upload tool, you also assure us that you have full and complete rights to use the logo or the image. When placing an order with us, you accept our terms of purchase and you indemnify us from any potential claims relating to violation of intellectual property rights and copyrights. You are and remain responsible for obtaining written consent to use the logo for commercial purposes, if such is or becomes required. As a result of this term of purchase, Savedruk is not liable for any costs relating to legal defense or any other costs arising in any possible court dealings.


We reserve ourselves for possible minor discrepancies in the product’s look, embroidery and design.

We reserve ourselves for printing or typing errors.

We always strive to make our images as realistic as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is displaying the products correctly.

We reserve ourselves for possible delays caused by delivery companies or couriers.

We reserve ourselves for minor imperfections in round and square logos (not exactly round or not exactly square).
